History

JNF Properties was started in 2010 as a side business by Justin and Nicki. Both of them work full time in the Bangor area for different businesses, but wanted to “jump in” to the real estate market. The company started with a single duplex that Justin and Nicki “house hacked” and lived in for three years before moving into their own home and leasing the duplex. About five years later the couple decided to purchase a multi-family property on Essex Street and soon were able to continue to add properties and bring the company to where it is today, supplying clean, safe and many updated properties to the Maine rental market.

Where We Are Located

JNF Properties has an office located at 30 Debeck Drive in Holden. While we’re open 8:30-4:30, we ask that you call and make an appointment as many times we’re out of the office handling requests, showing and other tenant issues.

Who We Are

Bonnie – Operations Manager/Leasing Agent
Bonnie joined JNF Properties in 2022 with over ten years of experience managing and leasing rental properties. Bonnie is the point of contact for maintenance requests, tenant issues and leasing requests.

Bill – Maintenance
Bill came to JNF Properties in 2021 with over thirty years of experience in the property maintenance business. He’s handled every issue you can imagine and has dealt with hundreds of units. Bill handles many of the maintenance requests in the Bangor region as well as the Mid-Coast region when necessary.

Jason – Maintenance
Jason came to JNF Properties in 2021 with over fifteen years of experience in property maintenance. Jason handles all the maintenance requests in the Dover- Foxcroft region and assists in the Bangor and Mid-Coast regions as well.
