History

JNF Properties was started in 2010 as a side business by Justin and Nicki. Both of them work full time in the Bangor area for different businesses, but wanted to “jump in” to the real estate market. The company started with a single duplex that Justin and Nicki “house hacked” and lived in for three years before moving into their own home and leasing the duplex. About five years later the couple decided to purchase a multi-family property on Essex Street and soon were able to continue to add properties and bring the company to where it is today, supplying clean, safe and many updated properties to the Maine rental market.
